TAEKWON-DO: 15 HYUNGS, 2 ROUNDS OF TABATA KICKING DRILLS, 50 PULLUPS

NUTRITION:
7am-
200mg caffeine
1000mg vitamin C
650mg Siberian ginseng

730am-
beef jerky and raw almonds with 3600mg fish oil

130pm-
About 6oz of leftover steak
3 large eggs cooked in coconut oil
3600mg fish oil

4pm-
2.5 scoops Jack3D
650mg fish oil

7pm-
17oz coconut water
about 10 raw almonds

10pm-
Cinco de Mayo (mini celebration)
Tecate with lime
Huge bunch of fresh guacamole with one whole large avocado and a bunch of fresh salsa
enough tortilla chips to eat the whole bowl of guacamole
One huge chicken breast
3600mg fish oil

11pm-
3 ZMA caps and 4mg melatonin I condone one cheat meal per week, but I always get random comments from people about me being hypocritical when I indulge.
Here is the truth: I don't have a weight loss goal. I don't need to lose a single ounce. I also don't have a body composition goal. If I get any leaner I will start getting weak. Since I am 100% happy with my physique the way it is, I can afford to have the random junk meal now and then.
I fully expect to step on the scale tomorrow at about 5lbs more than I weighed today, and I'm totally fine with it.
