TABATA KICKING DRILLS. 4 MINUTES X 2.

 

Felt much better today, but lost a little weight last week. Weight hovering at 225# right now. Good thing I packed those few pounds of muscle on. I will be training super hard the rest of this month.

NUTRITION:

200mg caffeine

1000mg vitamin C

650mg Siberian ginseng

 

730am-

small bowl of beef jerky and raw almonds

3600mg fsh oil

2000iu vitamin D

 

2pm-

3 eggs fried in coconut oil

3 Italian brats

handful of blackberries

3600mg fish oil

 

430pm-

2.5 scoops Jack3D

650mg Siberian ginseng

 

730pm-(postworkout)

1 orange

1 banana

 

10pm-

1 whole avocado with lime, salt and pepper

huge hambuger pan-cooked with coconut oil, with a portobello mushroom as a bun, a slice of red onion and slice of tomato and some mozzarella cheese

Ate the rest of the whole tomato

large baked potato with a ton of butter, red pepper flakes, and grated asiago cheese

another handful of blackberries

3600mg fish oil

 

About 12am I will take ZMA and melatonin
