TAEKWON-DO: 20 HYUNGS (Only about 60% power).

 

4/28-Still took it kinda easy.

15 TAEKWON-DO HYUNGS

20 MINUTES, ALTERNATING HINDU PUSHUPS AND 40KG KETTLEBELL SWINGS

Still not much appetite.

Starting to get appetite back.

 

630am-

200mg caffeine

650mg Siberian Ginseng

 

730am-

beef jerky, about 12 raw almonds

3600mg fish oil

2000iu vitamin D

 

2pm-

About 6.5oz of sardines in mustard sauce

1 bannana

Handful of fresh blackberries

2000iu vitamin D

 

415pm-

2.5 scoops Jack3D (there really is no substititute!)

650mg Siberian Ginseng

 

7pm-postworkout

1 small bannana

 

930pm-

one huge chicken breast cooked in coconut oil, with coconut flakes, salt and red pepper flakes (cooked 3, but only had the appetite for one).

one whole large avocado with lime, salt and pepper

one whole large broccoli crown dipped in Ceasar dressing

3600mg fish oil

 

11pm-I will hit the roobios tea, ZMA and melatonin.
