3 eggs (Huge organic brown eggs. Normally, I would totally settle for any white egg offered, and never really thought there was a difference. These were awesome. I poached them in a pan with some black pepper and Tabasco sauce on them.)
About 6oz of cottage bacon

2000iu vitamin D

530pm-preworkout
2.5 scoops of Jack3D

830pm-postworkout
1 banana
8.5oz of flavored coconut water

10pm-
about 14oz of flat iron steak
huge spinach salad with dried raspberries, walnuts and a raspberry vinaigrette
red wine
2000mg fish oil

About 11pm I will take 3mg of melatonin with some roobios tea.
