about 8oz of leftover baked wild salmon with dry rub

1 tbsp coconut oil

handful of raw almonds

about 1oz of kerrygold cheese

krill oil

5000iu vitamin D

4pm-

beta-alanine/creatine/glutamine 

930pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

10oz pan seared flat iron steak

about 4oz of spicy kimchee washed down with a gluten free ale

large baked sweet potato with tons of kerrygold butter and grated parmesan

krill oil

11pm-

Zn, Mg, B6
