TRAINING/NUTRITION BLOG: 11/05 - 11/06/16

TRAINING: 

BOTH DAYS. A2O INSTRUCTOR DEVELOPMENT CLASS. 

Did some demos both days, but not a bunch. It was more just a lot of stress getting ready for it, writing and printing materials, etc. 

NUTRITION: 

11/05

Fasted all day during the course, except for some caffeine/green tea and some MCT oil. Right afterwards Stacey and I took the dogs for a ride in the hills. I had a sugar free Rockstar and some almonds. Yes, I cheated and got roasted because I was totally starving. 

That night about 730pm, I grilled a couple huge steaks and had with a ton of sauteed mushrooms and onions. Also had a baked sweet potato loaded with kerrygold butter, grated parmesan, red pepper flack and diced red onion. Also had some red wine. 

11/06

Mirrored the day before, except we went for a cheat meal at Wingers about 4pm. I went full on and got a chicken club and even ate a little of the sourdough bread with it. Had a bunch of fries and some tortilla chips and salsa too. Pretty much full junkfood jihad. With Michelob Ultra to top it off.
