More steak and potatoes...Just sounded good, and because these are pretty much straight from the ground (Thanks Carrie!). They still have tons of dirt on them!

I am experimenting with a few more carbs. As I expected, the extra carbs early today did not make me feel any different during my second workout, other than just very sleepy after eating. Carbohydrates are not converted to glycogen for an energy source for many hours, so actually the carbs from today are for fuel the next day.

About a 16oz steak with 2 baked potatoes

2000mg fish oil

3 mg melatonin

11pm-

3 ZMA capsules

Ha! Probably the sweet potatoes with the loads of marshmallows & brown sugar..that's what everyone makes! They don't need all that crap on them. Perfect with butter & a little cinnamon.

I hate sweet potatoes!

I had an aunt that used to make this awful sweet potato thing during the holidays...I am scarred for life. PTSD from sweet potato exposure.

Given the fact you eat such a small amout of carbs on any given day as it is...you should do just fine adding in some extra starchy carbs. Maybe a sweet potato over a white one tho, as sweet potatoes provide a lot more nutrients (and yes, a few more carbs too) than white potatoes. =)
