Deadlifts
2 x 3 @ 365 (Just over 1.5x bodyweight)
1 x 2 @ 405 (1.8 x BW)
2 x 1 @ 455 (Just over 2x BW)

1/2 Snatch w/40kg
5 x 10 (50 total)

Double Kettlebell 1/2 Snatch (double 20kg kettlebells), supersetted with Hindu pushups: 5 of each at the top of each minute for 10 minutes.
50 double snatches = 100 snatches.

150 total snatches for today.
3,300 left.

5pm-
Taekwon-Do: 15 hyungs.

50gr whey protein with 1 tsp cinnamon
2000mg fish oil
multivitamin

930am-preworkout
2 scoops Jack3D

12pm-postworkout
2 scoops Afterglow

5-egg omelette with Italian sausage and cheese
2000mg fish oil
2000iu vitamin D

415pm-preworkout
2 scoops Jack3D

10pm-
About 8oz steak
About 1/2 potato, cut into homemade fries and broiled
2000mg fish oil
3 liver detox capsules
3mg melatonin

Not a huge appetite today. Who knows why? Some days I am just hungrier than others.

I think it helps to cut down on inflammation for me. It helps to keep the water weight off and overall leanness. It is also good to raise HDLs.

Is there any benefit that you've noticed in taking such a high amount of fish oil each day?
