REST DAY

10/01- Starting week #2 of 5,000 snatches (I had to start a week early). 

5PM-

20 Taekwon-do hyungs and basic technique practice. 

200 snatches with 24kg for the day. 

3800 left. 

NUTRITION:

630am-

200mg caffeine

1300mg Korean ginseng

715am-

1 tbsp coconut oil

handful of pork jerky, handful of raw almonds

fish oil

cod liver oil

2pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

about 6oz of leftover steak

3 eggs fried in coconut oil

fish oil

cod liver oil

800mg Siberian ginseng

415pm-

2.5 scoops Jack3D

7pm-

1 banana

1000mg vitamin C

930pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

My typical huge salad with 2 cut up chicken breasts, spinach, broccoli, olives, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, raw sunflower seeds, drenched in basalmic vinegar and olive oil.

Huge baked potato with some melted cheese on top. I know potatoes are not a paleo food, but I don't see them as a huge problem if you are training hard and trying to maintain weight. They don't cause inflammation for me like any type of grain does, and I hate sweet potatoes and yams.

These were from from a local farm, right out of the field, with dirt still on them. Carrie Smith brought me in a whole bucket of them right from the field. Nothing from a store compares to these. Thanks Carrie!
