1 scoop TSN pump ignitor (shouldn't have even taken this for the small amount of work I had to do today)

500mg vitamin C

1 tbsp coconut oil
1-1.5 pounds of baked cod with tons of Kerrygold butter and lemon
huge spinach salad with red cabbage, red onion, a whole large avocado, artichoke hearts, and tons of olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing
3000mg fish oil (normally I don't take this if I eat wild fish, but cod is so low in fat, that I just do for good measure
