10pm- Cheat meal tonight. This might seem nuts, but I have been craving french fries like mad all week (probably because my weight was down to 223 one night). I didn't feel like making my own so I got a bag of frozen xtra crispy ones and made a ton of them and ate them with a giant steak and red wine...Yummy!
