jerky, almonds, coconut oil, 25gr Carnivore protein with cinnamon
3600mg fish oil
1 cod liver oil capsule

130pm-
4 eggs, 6 strips of bacon, 1 tbsp coconut oil
800mg Siberian ginseng
3600mg fish oil
1 cod liver oil cap

430pm- (preworkout)
2.5 scoops Jack3D

630pm-(postworkout)
huge bowl of blueberries and raw pecans
25gr Carnivore protein

945pm-
huge steak
huge salad with homemade dressing and a whole avocado
huge baked potato with lots of full-fat butter and sour cream
3600mg fish oil
3600mg flax oil
1 cod liver oil cap

About 1130pm I will hit the ZMA and melatonin.
