TRAINING:

10AM-

20 MINUTES ALTERNATING BURPEES AND 40KG KETTLEBELL SWINGS (Outside in the sun...soaking up the vitamin D.)

 

6PM-

TAEKWON-DO: 21 HYUNGS, BASICS, SPARRING, BREAKING. 

 

100 PULLUPS, 500 SQUATS AND 0 PUSHUPS DUE FOR THIS WEEK (Will handle tomorrow. No problem.)

 

NUTRITION:

8am-(preworkout)

200mg caffeine

1300mg Korean ginseng

 

1145am-(postworkout 1st meal)

2 bananas

handful of raw pecans

50gr Carnivore protein

3600mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil capsule

 

1pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

6 strips of bacon

4 eggs fried in coconut oil

800mg Siberian ginseng

3600mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil capsule

 

5pm-

2.5 scoops Jack3D

 

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 huge bison burgers, cooked in bacon grease and wrapped in lettuce

1 whole large avocado with lime, salt and pepper

a ton of grilled pineapple slices, (about 1/3 of a whole pineapple)

whole giant zucchini, sliced up and grilled

3600mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil capsule

 

about 1130pm, I will hit the ZMA and melatonin
