TAEKWON-DO: 16 HYUNGS

I get in about 100 pushups per day as part of normal class warmups. I don't always count these towards my challenge reps. 

Challenge reps remaining this week: 700 squats, 150 pullups, 300 pushups.

handful of raw almonds

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 cod liver oil capsule

130pm-

about 6oz of leftover steak

3 eggs

4000iu vitamin D

4pm-

2 scoops Jack3D

10pm-

Massive amounts of grilled shrimp skewers with: onion,  red pepper, mushroom, pineapple, zucchini, and italian sausage

3600mg flaxseed oil

1 cod liver oil capsule

About 1130pm I'll hit my ZMA and melatonin cocktail
