Fasted from 10pm Saturday night until 4:30pm Sunday. Had my cheat meal for the week, a huge bacon and bleu cheese hamburger (including the giant bun) from Fudruckers with fries and 24oz of beer. This is more sugars than I usually get in several days, but this was the meal I had been craving all week. I felt super sleepy about 20 minutes after eating, crashed out for about an hour, then was wired all night. Not a good feeling.
I didn't eat anything else for the rest of the day, because I didn't have any appetite at all.
