1/2 a rotisserie chicken.

some lettuce wraps with strips of chicken and some grass-fed cheese

4000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

430pm-

caffeine/green tea

7pm-(postoworkout)

2 scoops Aftershock

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

grass-fed beef hamburgers (about 1lb) wrapped in lettuce

bunch of grilled zucchini 

3000mg fish oil

1130pm-
