TAEKWON-DO: 18 HYUNGS, BASICS, SPARRING, BREAKING
(50 pushups)
100 pushups left, 100 pullups, and 500 squats for challenge. Will knock these out Saturday.

Yes I am adding a protein supplement now and then. Supplements are legal during the challenge, as long as they are not a meal replacement or primary source of nutrition. I am having trouble keeping the weight on. I am weighing in right between 223-225#, and I try to keep it right between 225 and 228. Normally I would just add an extra cheat meal, but since only one per week is allowed I will just add a little more protein and a few more potatoes and fruits.
