(Week one finished, plus a few extra pushups and pullups.)

NUTRITION:

7am-

200mg caffeine

1000mg vitamin C

8am-

jerky, almonds and 25gr Carnivore protein

1 tbsp coconut oil

3600mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil capsule

4000iu vitamin D

1pm-

small grilled chicken breast and some leftover BBQ ribs

1 whole large avocado with lime, salt and pepper

2 eggs

1 tbsp coconut oil

3600mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil capsule

430pm-

3 scoops Neurocore

7pm-

2 bananas

2 scoops cytogainer

10pm-

about 10oz of grilled steak

5 strips of bacon

huge salad with homemade dressing

large baked potato with tons of organic butter and sour cream

3600mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil capsule

About 12am I will take my ZMA and melatonin
