handful of raw almonds and walnuts
3600mg fish oil
1 cod liver oil capsule
4000iu vitamin D

2pm-
About 6oz of grilled steak
handful of raw almonds
1 tbsp coconut oil
36000mg fish oil
1 cod liver oil capsule

530pm-(preworkout)
2.5 scoops Jack3D

10pm-
1 tbsp coconut oil
huge amount of shrimp, sauteed in butter and lemon, with fresh parmesean melted on top.
huge salad with tomato, avocado, onion, and kalamata olives
a few slices of grilled pineapple
3600mg flaxseed oil
1 cod liver oil capsule

About 1130pm I will take my usual ZMA, melatonin and vitamin D
