Cheat meal!
double bacon cheeseburger and fries (hit the scale today at 225 at midday, which means I needed the calories)

415pm-preworkout
2 Hydroxycut Hardcore caps

7pm-postworkout
one scoop of Syntha 6 protein (only a few post workout carbs, my bad)

10pm-
about 12oz of steak, pan-cooked in coconut oil
2 small avocados with lime, salt and pepper
1/2 a large broccoli crown dipped in bleu cheese
huge spinach salad with onion, artichoke heart and vinaigrette
red wine
3600mg fish oil

About 1130 I will have some roobios tea, ZMA and melatonin.
