(Recovering from a nasty cold I came down with yesterday. Took it pretty easy today, but no missed workouts. Sometimes it takes a little more push, but no excuses!)

NUTRITION:
8am-
1000mg vitamin C

9am-
25r Carnivore protein with 1 tsp cinnamon
About 15 raw almonds
3600mg fish oil
2000iu vitamin D

10am-Preworkout
2 Hydroxycut Hardcore capsules

12pm-postworkout
1 scoop Syntha 6 protein
About 5 dried apricots

2pm-
5-egg omelette with red pepper, onion and cheese
3600mg fish oil
2000iu vitamin D

4pm-preworkout
2 Hydroxycut Hardcore capsules

930pm-
Huge chunk of wild salmon with lemon, kosher salt and pepper
About 1/2 large avocado with lime, salt and pepper
whole bunch of asparagus spears, pan-cooked in butter, with kosher salt and pepper
about 2oz of organic dark chocolate (88% pure)
handful of raw almonds
red wine

About 1130pm I will take some ZMA and melatonin with some roobios tea.
