4 TABTA INTERVAL SPIDERMAN CRAWLS. 4 MINUTES X 4. ALTERNATED FORWARDS AND BACKWARDS.

NUTRITION:

Saturday was my rest day and cheat meal. Went for it! At about 12pm, hit Boise Fry Company and I gorged on a huge hamburger on a GF bun and a ton of fries. I also had a glass of red wine.

Later that night I made a ton of homemade guacamole and we ate it with a bunch of Terra vegetable chips. These chips are by no means something anyone should be snacking on, even though they are made with a bunch of good root vegetables. They are fried/baked or whatever in canola oil, which is definitely not good for anyone. It cancels out any good that comes from the vegetables.

I actually had almost no appetite Sunday and other than my training early that day, the overall activity was pretty low. I went on a long drive in the hills with the dogs and not too much else. You'll notice the Rockstar and pepperoni at "lunch." Yeah, I know...

Not a good nutrition day, at all. But if you aren't that hungry, you aren't.
