6 Reps ea. of DL / Row/ Power Clean/ Front Squat/ Push Press/ Back Squat/ Push up

Work out:

1) Work up to 1RM DL

2) 3 x 1 DL @ 90% 1 RM

3) 5 RDS

3x Power clean / 3x HSC / 3x mutant maker

3x Sand bag get ups ( 80# ) ea. side

30 meter sled drag @ 90#

4) 3 RDS

20x walking lunge ( 10 ea. ) @ 2x25# plates

20x bench dips
