Been a bad week. I don't function that well with Carol gone. I married well. :)
Beyond that, right after she left, our basement got flooded with all kinds of damage. Insurance is refusing to pay. Nightmare...
Some good kettlebell successes tho. With Jim's help and motivation I accomplished my October goal of 100 continuous snatches @ 16kg on 10/15. Two weeks early! Jim also has me off to a great start on my end-of-year goal of strict pressing a 32kg kettlebell. I haven't been this sore since I first started. Feels good. :-D
