  • Still deciding what to do about my back. It feels like it is hurt. It hurts to walk and sit. But I can still do exercise once it gets going. It is odd. Don't like it.

    • Two strips bacon
    • Black coffee
    • 3g. Fish oil, 1g. Magnesium, 1g. Tribulus
  • Noon - 4:00p:
    • Four Oberto classics pepperoni (gluten & MSG free)
    • Two handfuls of marcona almonds
  • 4:00p - 10:00p:
    • Two Oberto classics pepperoni (gluten & MSG free)
    • Two handfuls of marcona almonds
    • 1.5g Kre-Alkalyn creatine
    • Paleo bangers & mash (sausage, coconut oil, mushrooms, almond flour, chicken stock, balsamic vinegar, mashed cauliflower)
