Probiotic, two lipo6

 

Noon - 4:00p:

Couple handfuls of beef jerky

Big handful of almonds

1oz. dark chocolate

Banana

Iced black coffee

Mixed grapes

1000mg fish oil, 500mg calcium, 250mg magnesium

200IU vitamin D, Opti-Men multivitamin

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Couple handfuls of beef jerky

Larabar

1000mg fish oil, Opti-Men multivitamin

Paleo beef stew

The Wolf Margarita (been that kind of day :))
