Workout:

  • Five minutes half-getups @ 16kg
  • Three ladders of two-handed swings (7 @ 20kg) and presses (1-3 @ 16kg)

Nutrition:

 

Water: 0.5 gallon

 

8:00a - Noon:

Probiotic, Two lipo6

Two eggs, peppers, coconut oil

One chicken & apple sausage

2 Larabars

Black coffee

2oz. peperoni

1000mg fish oil, 500mg calcium, 250mg magnesium

2200IU vitamin D, Opti-Men multivitamin

 

Noon - 4:00p:

Two lipo6

Iced black coffee (post workout)

2oz smoked turkey (post workout)

Mixed grapes (post workout)

1000mg fish oil, 500mg calcium, 250mg magnesium

200IU vitamin D, Opti-Men multivitamin

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

2oz. Smoked turkey

Mixed berries

Opti-Men multivitamin

Paleo beef stir-fry

Banana

Iced black coffee

I've taken 5-HTP in the past for with success. It's a serotonin booster (so it could help with sugar cravings) and also helps control appetite.

Haven't noticed much of a change with either.  Although I don't take the lipo extreme that Jim takes. :)

Funny... I was going to ask about the Lipo6 as well...

 

Are the coconut oil capsules doing much for you in regards to sugar cravings?

Ah... Yeah.  Good point. :)

 

Honestly, I haven't noticed that much difference.  I have been more crashed out after my workouts, but I attributed that due to a higher workload...  Maybe I'll try cycling off the lipo for a few days and see what happens.

Watch the coffee with the Lipo6. It has a ton of caffeine.
