  • Three ladders of seven swings @ 20kg and 1-3 presses @ 16kg

Two strips bacon

Three pieces dried fruit

Two chicken/apple sausages

 

Noon - 4:00p:

Impromptu stir fry (asparagus, onion, peppers, coconut oil, bison sausage, chicken apple sausage)

4:00p - 10:00p:

Handful of blueberreies

Handful of almonds

Three chicken/apple sausages

Eight pieces dried fruit

Apple

1oz. dark chocolate
