Notes:
- Have a deadline coming up at work that has meant some extra hours.
- Didn't sleep very well, so I got up early to workout
- Did my workout outside which is uncommon
- Anyway, I just wasn't anywhere near 100%
- Proud of still getting a solid workout in.
- I totally would have bagged the whole thing if Jim hadn't told me exactly what would to do today. Thanks Jim!
Workout:
- Seven ladders of two-handed swings and presses
- Swings were ten reps
- All swings @ 20kg
- First rung presses @ 20kg. Did not complete last press on the left side :-/
- Rungs 2-3 all presses were @ 20kg
- Rest of rungs first set of presses @ 20kg, the second and third sets @ 16kg
