Notes:

  • Have a deadline coming up at work that has meant some extra hours. 
  • Didn't sleep very well, so I got up early to workout
  • Did my workout outside which is uncommon
  • Anyway, I just wasn't anywhere near 100%
  • Proud of still getting a solid workout in.
  • I totally would have bagged the whole thing if Jim hadn't told me exactly what would to do today. Thanks Jim!

 

Workout:

  • Seven ladders of two-handed swings and presses
  • Swings were ten reps
  • All swings @ 20kg
  • First rung presses @ 20kg. Did not complete last press on the left side :-/
  • Rungs 2-3 all presses were @ 20kg
  • Rest of rungs first set of presses @ 20kg, the second and third sets @ 16kg

Nutrition:

 

Water: 0.5 gallons

 

8:00a - Noon:

Handull of almonds

Two eggs, onions, peppers

1.5 chicken habenero sausage

Black coffee

1000mg fish oil, 2000IU Vitamin D


Noon - 4:00p:

Baked chicken breast

Mixed grapes

1000mg fish oil, Opti-Men multivitamin

Iced black coffee

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Larabar

Coconut almond chicken

Cauliflower

Banana
