I actually came across a new salad dressing at Walmart by Silver Pallete that was made solely with olive oil...BUT, it contained sugar. I think it came out to 4 grams of sugar per serving which is just shy of a teaspoon! You can't win.

I'm glad Annie's wasn't a total waste. ;)

Yeah, that is a pain. I'm glad Rachelle caught it tho... The only thing I use vegetable oil for is cleaning my cast iron...  :)

I picked myself up some garlic infused olive oil and a good white balsamic. And.. The Annie's thing isn't a total waste tho.  It's came in a nice little bottle that I can use for my homemade... ;-)

Dressings are such a pain. Even those ones that come across as olive oil that are in the store are usually only a small % olive oil, and the rest is crap (even though they usually cost a lot more). I just make my own now, unless I am going to cheat with some ranch or bleu cheese.

I have spent a good 20 minutes looking through the salad dressings for healthy one and usually just give up and make my own.

You're welcome!

The few days proved to be a bit of a transition period, after that it wasn't too bad at all!

Thanks!  It hasn't been too bad so far.

Ahhh... Good catch on the dressing.  I hadn't noticed that it has oils in it other than olive oil.  Oh well.  Homemade is easy to do.  Thanks!

Looking great Brent! Because you seem you would take the detox as seriously as I did, I wanted to point one thing out- I looked up the Annie's dressing out of curiosity and saw they are all made with vegetable oils (canola &/or soy). No bueno for the detox. The only dressing allowed is one you make yourself, unfortunately. =)
