Today was a rest workout day for me!
Food Log:
Breakfast:
3 turkey sausages
1 banana
Smoothie made from SF FF Vanilla yogurt, strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. Sipped on this almost all morning.
Lunch:
My "salad"
Snack on way home from work:
1/2 cucumber
Dinner:
went to my dads to pick up my kids and he had made me dinner....so sweet of him. Cooked ham wrapped in lettuce leaves. Maybe 6 doritos.
Snack: air-popped popcorn with I can't believe its not butter spray!
