Day #14 of detox:

 

Breakfast:

3 turk saus

 

Lunch:

steak with green salad consisting of lettuce, tom, cuc, avacado, sunflower seeds, crumbled bacon

cup of black coffee

 

small handful of almonds

 

WORKOUT:

Ran 2.4 miles

 

3 slices of granny smith apple post workout

 

Dinner:

3 eggs cooked in butter with parmasean cheese and 1 1/2 saus
