Pullups felt tough. felt a minor cramp in my right lat so i backed off a bit. Bench was done with feet on bench to maximize instability. *Squats were done 6 hours after the other exercises. this feels much better but a thorough warmup is needed as my sets flt easier and easier with the same weight. Also note, this keyboard at work is a bitch to type on.

I know it says in PTP that you can treat your presses and DL as completely separate cycles. You might actually have to treat all these as separate might even have to do a linear cycle for one, a step cycle for another one and a wave cycle for another. ?????
