1 slice of swiss cheese     6                                     0

Coffee    

1/4c 1% milk                   2                                      3

 

WORKOUT:

10 rounds of 10 reps of double kb presses with 26s on the ground

superestted with barbell t-rows

5 rounds of 20 bicep curls supersetted with 10 diamond push-ups on knees

35 super burpees

Post-Workout:

2 scoops protein powder    32g                                18

2 fish pills

 

Lunch:

1/2c cottage cheese          14                                  5

Large tomato diced in

leftover of my kids string cheese

 

2 Lipo6 for her

 

Dinner:

Homeade potato soup in crockpot

-Potatoes

-carrots

-onion

-can of cream of chicken

-3 chicken buillon cubes

topped with shredded cheese

I did have a couple of crackers with this so I am sure I got in my allotment of carbs for the day.

Yeah, you might want to try another brand next time. That is a lot of carbs. Look for one that has at least 20g of protein and 5 or less carb grams (there are many that do). =)

Ok what brand of protien did you get that has only 16g of protein and 9g carbs (that's high) in a serving?
