First week

The week flew by and I think, I did pretty well.



I give myself a B+ on the nutrition side of things. I stuck to my food plan and dude not eat more than 1200 kcal. Also ate no processed foods, with they exception of whey protein shakes and plain Greek yogurt with some stevia (turns out that I prefer Dannon's version over my old love Fage - I swear the commercial had nothing to do with it!).

The challenge is on!

Okay, this is the challenge:

show a good friend that you are better off losing weight with a measured diet and tough work-outs than using "hcg".

Winner will be determined by change in body fat content end of February.

We weighed in last Saturday (thank you Jim!).

First check-up will be end of October.



Aside from working-out with Jim and starting Taek won do I plan to do a mix of physical activities to keep things interesting.
