8/30/10 Workout

1 TGU ea side 100 swings, 2 TGUs ea side, 75 swings, 3 TGUs ea side 50 swings, 4 TGUs ea side, 25 swings. TGUs with 35lb and 26lb KB, swings with 44lb and 35lb KB. 250 done, total 1050 for the week! W00T! Can't wait to see what Coach has in store for me this week :)

8/28/10 Workout

10 mins of TGUs with 35lb and 26lb KB. 235 swings-15-20 on the min with 44lb and 35lb KB. 800 swings out of 100 done for the week, 200 more to go!

10 mins of TGUs with 26lb and 35lb KB. 245 swings with 35lb and 44lb KB, 20 swings on the min. 565 swings out of 1000 done for the week.

10 mins of TGUs with 26lb and 35lb KB. 200 swings: 100 swings with 35lb KB, 20 swings on the min. 100 swings with 44lb KB, 15 swings on the min.

Warmup: 5 mins TGUs with 26lb and 35lb KB. Max rounds in 20 mins: 6 one arm thrusters ea side, 15 swings, 3 burpees. 8 Rounds completed. Thrusters with 26lb KB, swings with 35lb KB.

1 TGU, 100 swings. 2 TGUs, 75 swings. 3 TGUs, 50 swings, 4 TGUs, 25 swings. TGUs with 26lb KB and Swings with 44lb KB. Everytime I see this workout I think it looks easy, until I do it :)

10 mins of TGUs with 18lb, 26lb and 35lb KB. 200 swings with 44lb KB and 20 assisted pullups, 10 at 50% bodyweight and 10 at 70% bodyweight.
