I completed 4 rounds in just over 15 minutes. Felt strong and could have easily completed 5 rounds in 20 minutes.
got decent sleep at about 6 1/2 hours
I tried some pre-workout powder in water and I liked it, so I am going to keep trying that for the rest of this week.
