7:30am Greenberry shakeology with 1/2 scoop protein, water and lemon. Shakeology is 130 calories (9carbs), protein 60 calories (1.5carbs).

10am 2 celery sticks with 2 tbs sunbutter. 200 cal in sunbutter 3 carbs.

12pm 4 oz low sodium roast beef 1 slice (1 oz?) cheese (horseradish white cheddar), mustard. About 10 macadamia nuts. Beef 140 calories 4 carbs (per label). Cheese 110 cal. nuts ? not sure. I'll have to check the label tomorrow.

5pm 1 slice cheese, 110 cal. 2 beef brats 180 cal each (360), with shredded cabbage salad on top (cabbage, jalapeno, lime, cilantro, salt). I'd say about 1.5 cup salad, so 33 calories, not sure about the jalapeno and cilantro, minimal though. (I use pink salt only)

6:30 Kind bar (200 calories, never had one before but was hungry again, also 10.5 carbs per label. 

8pm handful almonds. 170 cal

9pm pepperoni stick 120 cal.

90 oz water so far. Will get to 100. No workout today and it's rest day. I also drank a bottle of Kombucha between 10 am 2pm at work. 70 calories.

I want to get rid of the layer that's hanging on. It's probably 8-10 lbs of fat that I hate. I know I can do it. I do fine eating lower carb most of the time but need fruit (berries) once in a while. I can go without most the rest without issue. Maybe we can talk about what I like and what I hate to eat lol.

Good start. This is a great log and really I know you are pretty clean already. Logging like this will help me to get a good outline for you made up for Friday.

What is your primary goal with the nutrition program?
