1 capsule Lipo6 Black Ultra
1,000mg maca root

6pm-postworkout
25gr whey protein, with 2 tsp brown sugar

1030pm-
2 chicken breasts in salad with red leaf lettuce, tomato, onion and bleu cheese dressing
1 avocado
300mg fish oil

12am-
I will take
3 ZMA capsules and 50mg DHEA

Wow.  I'd never heard of Hindu pushups.  That looks challenging!
