Yesterday's training
Taekwon-Do: 15 hyungs.

Nutrition Log...
7am-300mg caffeine, 1,000mg maca root
8am- 50gr whey protein, multivitamin, 300mg fish oil

1:30pm-
1 grilled chicken breast
3 eggs
handfull of raw almonds
handfull of dried banana chips (Dried at home, not from the store).
300mg fish oil, 2,000iu vitamin D

4pm-preworkout
2 scoops Jack3D, 1,000mg maca root

6pm-postworkout
25gr whey protein, BCAAs, about 75 grams carbs from simple sugars

10pm-
1 large avocado with lemon juice and cayenne pepper
1 huge chicken breast in a green salad with bleu cheese dressing
300mg fish oil
red wine

11:30pm (approximatley)
I will take 3 ZMA capsules, 3mg melatonin and 50mg DHEA.
