50 PULLUPS AND 50 RING DIPS IN SUPERSETS OF 5. 1 MINUTE REST BETWEEN SETS

50 DOUBLE KETTEBELL PRESSES (DOUBLE 53# BELLS) AND 50 SINGLE ARM ROWS (88#), IN SUPERSETS WITH 1 MINUTE BETWEEN SETS. These bells are light, but I have been having issues pressing for the past several months. I tried to emphasize steady concentric and eccentric phases of the movement. 

530PM-

16 TAEKWON-DO HYUNGS. MAX EFFORT WITH 1 MINUTE REST BETWEEN HYUNGS.

10am-

1 scoop BSN HyperFX (preworkout

1215pm-

1 scoop Carnivore protein with 1 tbsp raw coconut palm sugar

2pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

big handful of jerky

one whole giant avocado with lime, salt, pepper

fish oil

vitamin D

4pm-

300mg caffeine/green tea

10pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

huge pan-seared steak, 2 giant baked potatoes with tons of butter and full-fat sour cream, and a huge bowl of steamed broccoli with butter and lemon. 

about 6oz of red wine

Going to hit the Zn, Mg, B6 about 1130.
