7am-

300mg caffeine

 

8am-

handful of beef jerky

handful of raw pecans

1 tbsp coconut oil

3600mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil capsule

5000iu vitamin D

 

2pm-

About 6oz of leftover smoked turkey (Thank you again, Bob...all gone now.)

About  strips of bacon

2oz of cheese

handful of blackberries

3600mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil capsule

 

4pm-

2.5 scoops Jack3D

 

10pm-

Huge spinach salad with: 

1 whole grilled chicken breast

1 whole large avocado

1 whole large tomato

bunch of kalamata olives

several slices of cucumber

red onion 

homemade olive oil and basalmic vinaigrette dressing

2 cod liver oil capsules

3600mg flaxseed oil

 

About 1130pm I will take 3 ZMA capsules and 3mg melatonin
