MEDIUM-LIGHT DAY: 24 GETUPS WITH 16KG-36KG, SUPERSETTED WITH PULLUP LADDERS OF 1-6 REPS. THIS REALLY RACKS UP THE PULLUP NUMBERS. THIS TOTALLED 84 REPS, BUT WAS VERY MANAGABLE.

 

NUTRITION:

caffeine/green tea

 

1130am-

(after workout)

2 Carnivor beef amino caps

handful of Katie's paleo granola, with cinnamon, nuts, honey, coconut oil

 

130pm-

1 tbsp. coconut oil

about 2oz of dry salami

about 2oz of Kerrygold sweet cheddar cheese (a very dry cheese from grassfed cows. Just found this stuff and it is amazing!)

handful of raw almonds

3000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

 

430pm-

Christmas shopping food break at TX Roadhouse. Of course, none of the bread or peanuts, but still only about 60% on this meal due to the nasty oils, drink, and very questionable appetizer.

1800 on the rocks

shared appetizer of baked potato skins with cheese and bacon

Cesar side salad and steamed vegetables

Ribs and steak combo.

 

11pm-

Took my Zn, Mg, B6

 

PROGRESS PHOTO:

It is always easy to maintain where I am during Getup Month. I always get stronger in some area. Weight is hovering about 227 this week.
