TRAINING:

Had pretty limited time today, so I sped thru my 10 getups and 200 swings with the 24kg quick this evening (5PM).

 

Later (8PM), I hit the 48kg for 2-arm swings for 100 reps in small sets with a 2-3 min rest between sets. I don't have training time for things like deadlifts and plyos right now, but throwing in these heavy swings with maximum force in short sets a few times per week seems to work the explosive power movement enough to maintain this energy system. See what happens by the end of the month.

 

NUTRITION:

8am-

1 tbsp coconut oil

some sliced BBQ Chinese pork with hot mustard and a handful of raw almonds

fish oil

cod liver oil

5000iu vitamin D

 

2pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

3 large grilled German sausages with spicy mustard

handful of raw almonds

fish oil

cod liver oil

 

4pm-

2 scoops Jack3D

 

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil 

grilled steak

big salad

whole plate of homemade sweet potato fries (sliced and broiled with coconut oil)

fish oil

cod liver oil

 

1130pm-

magnesium, zinc, B6, and melatonin
