4pm-(preworkout)

300mg caffeine

 

10pm-

1 tbsp. coconut oil

huge chunk of broiled wild salmon and a huge spinach salad with a little red wine and some gruyere cheese

vitamin D

 

1130pm-

Zn, Mg, B6, melatonin
