500 1-arm swings all with 24kg (light: one minute on, one minute off)
Taekwon-Do basic technique practice
3 Turkish Getups. Double getups with a couple 16kg and just one with a 24kg)

 

NUTRITION:

For the past three days I have been doing some intermittent fasting. I have eaten one big meal at night and then fasted for 20-24 hours other than a tablespoon of coconut oil early in the day.  Energy levels fine, but I haven't been training really hard either. 

 

Today's nutrition:

7am-

200mg caffeine

1000mg vitamin C

 

8am-

1 tbsp coconut oil

some leftover BBQ rips tips and a handful of raw almonds

fish oil

cod liver oil

5000iu vitamin D

 

2pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

about 6oz of deli pastrami dipped in horseradish mustard

about 2oz of gouda cheese

fish oil

cod liver oil

 

4pm-

300mg caffeine

 

1015pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

huge salad with 2 chicken breasts and tons of vegetables

huge plate of homemade sweet potato fries (sliced and broiled with a bunch of coconut oil and garlic salt)

fish oil

cod liver oil

5000iu vitamin D

 

1130pm-

magnesium, zinc, (ran out of B6) and melatonin
