100 BURPEE-BOXJUMPS: 50 @ 24" AND 50 @ 30"

I have been getting in my burpees. The last few days they have been mixed in with other workouts, but I just haven't been able to get them on this blog.

NUTRITION:
630AM-
200mg caffeine

730am-
1 tbsp coconut oil
25gr Carnivore protein w/ 1 tbsp cinnamon
handful of raw sunflower seeds
4000mg fish oil
cod liver oil
(Out of vitamin D! Couldn't find the kind I like today and the store I usually get them from was closed tonight by the time I got down there. I try for the liquid 5000iu capsules. I guess a little harder to find.)

130pm-
1 tbsp coconut oil
A few strips of BBQ Chinese pork with hot mustard and sesame seeds.
4000mg fish oil
cod liver oil

430pm-
3 scoops Muscletech Neurocore

9pm-
Went out for sushi for the weekly cheat meal. With the exception of the white rice, sushi actually isn't that bad unless you get some of the Americanized rolls with a bunch of sauces. I am not a big fan of those, so no big deal. The only exception is the huge bottle of Asahi to wash down all that yummy wasabi. One big bottle of lager (not a really hoppy IPA) per week won't kill me, and since I almost fasted all day I am not worried about it.

Back to strict eating tomorrow.

About 11pm I will hit the zinc, magnesium, and B6 with melatonin
