Spin on the 6-20 Swing Protocol. Mixed it with dips.

Nursing a couple martial art injuries. Whenever this happens, it is an opportunity to learn something new and find a creative solution to keep things hard while healing.

I won't denote the amounts or times in the log...too much of a pain)

large avocado with lime, salt, pepper

handful of raw almonds

430pm-

1.5 scoops 1MR Vortex

2 liver caps

coconut oil

huge bison burger on a GF bun

several strips of bacon

bunch of steamed spinach with lemon, butter and Himalayan salt

4000mg fish oil

12pm-
