Around 12oz of leftover pan seared flat iron steak.
1 tbsp MCT oil
5000iu vitamin D
Dinner-about 9pm
12 oz of pan seared wild ahi tuna with a sauce made with olive oil, melted Kerrygold butter, cayenne pepper, sea salt, and black peppercorns
had this with a ton of steamed spinach soaked with lemon, Kerrygold butter, and Himalayan salt
I know this isn't primal, but I also had a generous gin and tonic with it.
About 11pm-
