Broken up into: 10 minutes at 10 snatches at the top of 1 minute and 10 pushups at the top of the next, then another 10 minutes with 20 snatches 1 minute and 10 pushups the next. That equalled about 90 seconds of work and 30 seconds rest.

I'm upping the vitamin D intake because it is getting colder and darker earlier. I'm not working out outside as much and not getting as much sunlight.
